They are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns and sales enablement initiatives that drive measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in the solutions and target personas you support to effectively drive awareness and demand for PatientPoint
- Articulate the value proposition of all products, capture features and benefits and translate these details to support compelling messaging and content
- Own and execute on sales and marketing events, driving pre-event awareness, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up
- Enable sales with relevant marketing materials, including sell sheets, presentation decks, spec sheets, best practices
- Collaborate with product, sales and other cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and programs
- Support the development of the content strategy and execute short-form content deliverables as needs arise, including email marketing, sell sheets, social posts, and more
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, programs and supporting content used in both online/digital and offline environments
- Develop and execute demand generation programs to drive leads and sales pipeline growth
- Communicate with and educate sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize programs accordingly
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business results
- Expertise in sales support tools and enablement
- Experience designing and implementing ABM campaigns
- Expertise in digital and traditional marketing channels and tactics
- Strong understanding of product marketing strategy and execution, including product positioning, messaging and go-to-market planning
- Highly developed training, presentation and written communication skills
- High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- 7+ years of direct experience in B2B marketing, healthcare or life sciences preferred
- Agency, start-up, or consulting experience are also preferred
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Pardot a plus
