The Sr Finance Manager will support Lenovo’s Advance Services Delivery leader, focusing on cost management and financial performance, while leading annual budget planning and preparing executive presentations.
Responsibilities
- Act as finance partner to the business leader focusing on cost management and financial KPIs performance
- Lead the annual budget planning activities for business, interfacing with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategy, financial goals and target execution
- Prepare and present executive packages to the SSG Leadership Team and support ad-hoc requests
- Review investment cases supporting strategic initiatives
Skills
- Demonstrated financial acumen, with controllership and supply chain finance experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, supported by good communication and storytelling skills
- Flexibility to work early morning and late evening hours to accommodate global calls
- Experience in the service industry
- Experience managing a P&L or Product Portfolio
- Superior communications skills, both verbal and written, as well as refined presentation skills with the ability to present to a leadership team
- Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of Finance experience
