Position Overview
This full‑time, remote position (40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 9:45 am – 6:15 pm CST) is based in careerzynith’s Family Engagement Center. You will primarily engage members via phone, but you’ll also use email, chat, and text to deliver compassionate, solution‑focused support. The role includes an 18‑week paid training program, with the first 14 weeks scheduled 8 am – 4:30 pm CST and the final 4 weeks aligning with regular shift hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Holistic Family Support: Own end‑to‑end resolution of complex benefit, claim, and billing issues for members with special‑needs children or family members.
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the consistent, empathetic voice for members, handling inquiries through phone, email, chat, and text.

Essential Qualifications
