Position Overview

This full‑time, remote position (40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 9:45 am – 6:15 pm CST) is based in careerzynith’s Family Engagement Center. You will primarily engage members via phone, but you’ll also use email, chat, and text to deliver compassionate, solution‑focused support. The role includes an 18‑week paid training program, with the first 14 weeks scheduled 8 am – 4:30 pm CST and the final 4 weeks aligning with regular shift hours.
