Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tribute Technology is a company dedicated to creating memorable end-of-life celebrations through innovative technology solutions. They are seeking a driven Solution Account Executive who will manage a high-volume sales cycle and generate new business opportunities in the SMB market.
Responsibilities
- Understand the business, market, and growth goals of SMB funeral home clients and position Tribute's full product portfolio — Digital Marketing Services, Website/eCommerce, and Management Software — using a consultative, value-driven approach suited to shorter sales cycles
- Generate a high volume of SMB pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting, including cold calling, cold emailing, social outreach, and proactive engagement with existing Tribute website clients
- Run efficient Discovery calls that quickly qualify or disqualify SMB opportunities and establish clear next steps
- Manage a high-volume, full sales cycle from first contact to close, moving SMB deals quickly while maintaining consistent follow-up and momentum across many concurrent opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly SMB sales goals and activity KPIs through disciplined, high-volume outbound and efficient sales execution
- Collaborate with adjacent teams to ensure a smooth customer handoff and successful launch
- Maintain clean, accurate Salesforce hygiene, including activity tracking, pipeline updates, and forecasting
- Contribute ideas for improving outbound efficiency, messaging, and the overall SMB sales motion
Skills
- 3+ years of SMB or transactional sales experience in a full-cycle closing role, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS selling
- BA/BS degree or relevant experience
- Demonstrated success consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-volume, SMB sales environment
- Proven ability to manage a large volume of SMB deals simultaneously without losing organization or momentum
- The ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Business development experience (e.g. new logo sourcing and acquisition)
- A collaborative and team player mentality
