Role Overview
Break Sports is a mission-driven sports booking platform seeking an experienced remote Software Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web applications and be able to develop and maintain web applications using Node, Express, Koa, React, & Next.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain web applications, work on a variety of projects, collaborate with other engineers and designers, review and improve existing code, mentor and train junior engineers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Experience working with remote teams
- Strong understanding of javascript libraries and web applications
- Experience with scheduling systems and/or payments a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- US-based
- Great spoken and written English
