Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10–14 years of ERP/CRM consulting experience
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience
- 2–4 years of exposure to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) modules
- Experience leading at least three full lifecycle Dynamics 365 F&O implementations
- Proven experience delivering integrated F&O and CRM solutions
