Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Analyze and improve business processes to increase operational efficiency
- Design, configure, and develop scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Drive the adoption of ITSM Pro, Enterprise Service Management (ESM), Automation, and Now Assist (AI) capabilities
- Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance employee experiences and streamline service management processes
- Serve as a trusted advisor for service management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Development and Administration
- Expertise in ITSM, Enterprise Service Management (ESM), and ITIL best practices
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM Pro, Now Assist (AI), Workflow Automation, and platform configuration
- Business Analysis and Process Improvement experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
