They are seeking a Senior Healthcare Recruiter to build relationships with physicians and match them with job opportunities, helping healthcare facilities fill vital patient care gaps.
Responsibilities
- Actively managing an ever-expanding portfolio of physician candidates
- Contacting active physicians and developing long-lasting relationships with physicians
- Interviewing physicians to meet client-specific qualifications and quality standards of Interim Physicians
- Obtaining CVs of qualified physicians for presentation and consulting with Account Executives and business development representatives to determine the proper fit
- Negotiating rates and expenses as required for physicians
- Writing physician agreements and exhibits as necessary
- Advocating for and consulting with physicians to ensure employee satisfaction and longevity with Interim’s client
- Promptly escalating all physician candidate issues to the Account Executive, always working together for a satisfactory resolution to all parties
