They are seeking a mid-to-senior level Contract GTM/Sales Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for various GTM roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build strong hiring strategies
- Source and engage passive talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other creative channels
- Coordinate and manage interviews, gather feedback, and support the offer process
- Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience
- Communicate regularly with both internal teams and client stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and informed
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, including Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Consulting
Skills
- Experience recruiting for roles such as Enterprise AEs, CSMs, and Professional Services/Implementation
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting GTM functions within SaaS or tech
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently and efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- A team-first attitude and a collaborative working style
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Findem, or HireEZ
- Prior experience in a contract or embedded recruiter role
- Understanding of SaaS go-to-market structures and team dynamics
