About the Role:
As a Remote Senior Developer, you will:
- Execute development for multiple parallel project engagements, writing high-quality code for digital platforms using HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
- Produce, maintain, and modify digital experiences and user interfaces, partnering with UX/UI, copy, and design teams to develop the overall look and design of digital experiences.
- Ensure best practices regarding accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use are included early on in project ideation.
- Develop an overall development approach, guiding other developers through execution to delivery, and providing proactive coaching, feedback, and oversight.
- Partner with the QA team to troubleshoot and resolve defects, identifying patterns and using learnings to optimize overall development processes.
