[Remote] Senior Data Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and support reliable data systems that enhance data quality, performance, and accessibility across the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of large-scale data systems, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and optimal data flows using tools like Matillion
• Develop and maintain data warehouse objects such as tables, views, and security roles in Snowflake
• Extract, transform, cleanse, and load data while supporting validation, data quality checks, security measures, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

Skills

• A minimum of 6 years of experience with relational databases, ETL, and data warehouse environments
• Expert level knowledge of industry-leading ETL/ELT tools such as ODI, Informatica, Matillion, or SSIS
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Snowflake
• Proficiency in SQL programming and relational database concepts, along with experience loading and maintaining a data warehouse
