Ferretti Search is seeking a Data Visualization & Analytics Lead to drive enterprise reporting and self-service analytics initiatives for a modern loan servicing platform. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to transform complex data into actionable insights while establishing reporting standards and enhancing data quality.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, or similar BI tools
- Analyze complex data from multiple systems and data sources to identify trends, performance metrics, and operational insights
- Develop executive dashboards, KPI/KRI reporting, portfolio analytics, and operational scorecards
- Deliver accurate, timely, and visually intuitive reporting solutions for business and executive stakeholders
- Continuously enhance reporting capabilities to support both operational and strategic decision-making
- Establish enterprise standards and best practices for dashboard design, visualization, and reporting consistency
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure reporting requirements are incorporated into system design and implementation
- Define scalable reporting architectures that support multiple business functions and future platform growth
- Support development of operational, compliance, regulatory, and executive reporting
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize reporting and analytics requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for Engineering and Data teams
- Facilitate reporting workshops and requirements sessions across business and technology organizations
- Ensure reporting requirements are incorporated into Agile backlogs, sprint planning, and release cycles
- Develop self-service reporting capabilities that empower business users to independently access and analyze data
- Create documentation, training materials, and user guides that improve adoption of reporting tools
- Educate business users on dashboard functionality, reporting capabilities, and data interpretation
- Promote enterprise data literacy while maintaining reporting governance and data quality standards
- Partner with Engineering, Compliance, and Data teams to establish reporting standards and data governance practices
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, lineage, and standardized metric definitions across reporting environments
- Identify reporting gaps and recommend improvements to data quality and reporting processes
- Support audit, compliance, regulatory, and operational reporting requirements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, or Reporting
- Hands-on experience developing dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, or similar BI platforms
- Experience analyzing complex datasets from multiple systems and integrating data from various sources
- Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting and analytics solutions
- Experience developing KPIs, operational dashboards, executive reporting, and performance metrics
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and dashboard usability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid software development environments
- Experience supporting financial services, mortgage servicing, banking, lending, insurance, or other regulated industries
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures
- Familiarity with SQL for querying and validating data
- Experience working with APIs, data integration, and enterprise data warehouses
- Experience with Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, or other modern analytics platforms
- Knowledge of Power Query, DAX, Tableau Prep, or similar data transformation tools
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation, platform modernization, or digital transformation initiatives
