They are seeking a Senior Analyst to support data-driven decision-making by analyzing various data sources and creating insightful reports and dashboards for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Gather, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and produce applicable insights
- Define Segmentation models across our propositions, programs and audiences
- Perform regular data audits to ensure confidence in a single source of truth
- Develop data modeling and data appending from multiple sources to provide a deeper understanding and personalisations
- Help identify status or membership type changes for members or students
- Establish and implement best practice, and roll out training relating to Data sharing requests to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Design dashboards and reports that track performance using relevant tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
- Use data visualization to present complex data
- Deliver new ways of applying technology and automation in reporting
- Provide support to Marketing operations to ensure their data sources are reliable and promote automation and streamlined customer journeys
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience building dashboards and delivery insights to business teams
- Experience using Python and Power BI for advanced modeling
- Experience with SQL
