They are seeking a Senior Accountant with grants experience, primarily in the nonprofit sector, to manage financial statements and contribute to budgeting in a friendly, inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide a strategy to enhance stakeholders’ philanthropic pursuits
- Work with financial statements and accounting for non-profit 501(c)(3) and (c)(4) organizations
- Audit financial statements and/or prepare them, preferably in a non-profit organization
Skills
- Accounting degree
- 3+ years of grants accounting experience
- Financial statement experience
- Extremely comfortable with Excel and enjoy learning new systems
- Enjoy working both with a team and independently
- Master's degree
- CPA
