Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Salve.Lab is a fast-growing AI SaaS company expanding its enterprise sales team. The role involves owning a greenfield territory across financial services and enterprise accounts, managing full sales cycles from cold outreach to close.
Responsibilities
- Hunt and close net new enterprise accounts across financial services, banking, insurance, and adjacent verticals
- Self-generate 50%+ of pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, events, and referral networks
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles ($100K-$250K ACV, 6-9 months)
- Build executive relationships with CIOs, COOs, CFOs, and digital transformation leaders
- Lead discovery, demos, POCs, business case development, and contract negotiation end-to-end
- Collaborate with channel partners to co-sell and accelerate deals
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline in Salesforce
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences in the Northeast
Skills
- 5+ years enterprise SaaS sales, full-cycle, quota-carrying in net new business
- Average ACV $75K+ with proven ability to close 6-9 month complex cycles
- Demonstrated outbound hunter - able to describe personal prospecting cadence and name cold deals closed in the last 12 months
- MEDDPICC or equivalent sales methodology
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Willingness to travel 25-40%
- Financial services vertical experience strongly preferred - banking, credit unions, insurance, fintech, capital markets
