Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Blackpurl is a company revolutionizing the automotive-adjacent dealership industry with a cloud-based management platform. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will focus on generating new opportunities by connecting with dealership professionals through calls and emails, ultimately scheduling demos and fostering meaningful conversations.
Responsibilities
- Own the top of the funnel. ~70 outbound calls a day plus personalized email outreach to powersports, trailer, RV, and equipment dealers — inviting the right ones to a demo or discovery call
- Qualify with judgment. Research prospects and have real conversations, so every meeting you book is one an AE is glad to take
- Book meetings that stick. Schedule demos and hand off cleanly to our Account Executives
- Keep a tight CRM. Log every interaction in HubSpot so nothing slips through the cracks
- Sharpen the playbook. Bring what you’re hearing on the phones back to the team and help us improve messaging, targeting, and sequences
- Represent with Passion: Embody the spirit of Blackpurl in every conversation, demonstrating our commitment to making life better for everyone in the industries we serve
Skills
- 2 years outbound calling experience required
- Solid background from a call center, an SDR role, or an outbound team
- Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, creative, and always looking for ways to improve your approach
- Efficient time management and impeccable record maintenance
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience with dealerships is a plus
