Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Alliance Technical Group is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to serve as the analytical backbone of their commercial organization. This role involves managing sales operations, Salesforce administration, and data governance to improve forecasting and pipeline management while collaborating with various departments to deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain sales reports and dashboards in Salesforce, and deliver ad-hoc reporting and analysis for the commercial team
- Refresh the monthly pipeline-to-goal analysis and lead the annual account analysis and right-sizing
- Synthesize revenue, bookings, and pipeline data into clear, actionable recommendations for sales leadership
- Support forecasting and predictive analytics, including pipeline coverage ratios, funnel velocity, and early-warning indicators of forecast risk
- Own net-new account creation and act as gatekeeper to maintain a clean, well-structured account base
- Manage account assignments, tiering, and re-tiering, including QA/QC of account tiers and maintenance of the account-based model
- Maintain the Sales Playbook and related sales enablement pages
- Support sales and marketing campaigns through list pulls, tracking, and documentation
- Support administration of monthly and quarterly commission processes and safeguard the accuracy of the data that drives them
- Enforce CRM hygiene standards, including accurate stage progression, close-date integrity, probability discipline, and service-line tagging
- Maintain master data in Salesforce and keep it aligned across connected systems
- Process new client approvals, client requests, and lead conversions; perform account deduplication and reassignment; and execute acquisition data ETL, cleansing, and mass loads
- Support strategic pricing programs through KPI analysis, governance routines, and price model optimization, including tracking year-over-year price increases
- Assist with annual renewals by refreshing rate sheets and price models alongside Finance and business-unit leaders
- Contribute to value-based pricing initiatives, including market and whitespace analysis, client segmentation, and value-calculator inputs
- Gather and document business requirements for Salesforce and process enhancements
- Champion adoption of new systems and processes by producing release notes, training materials, and job aids
- Deliver Salesforce training for new users and for newly developed functionality
- Provide technical support to Salesforce users and troubleshoot lead-routing issues
- Partner cross-functionally with BI, IT/IDS, Operations, and Finance to align on data governance and system enhancements, and keep leadership updated on status
Skills
- 3–6+ years in revenue or sales operations, business analysis, or a comparable analytical commercial role
- Strong hands-on Salesforce experience necessary
- Advanced data-analysis skills, including advanced Excel and BI/reporting tools (Tableau a plus), with the ability to translate complex data into concise recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and drive adoption through training and documentation
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Experience with master data management, CRM data governance, and data migration or integration preferred
- Familiarity with sales compensation/commission processes and pricing analytics a plus
