- Recommending cruise lines, ships, and itineraries based on client preferences
- Coordinating pre- and post-cruise travel arrangements such as flights and accommodations
- Booking specialty dining, excursions, and onboard experiences
- Tracking promotions, upgrades, and loyalty benefits
- Maintaining expert knowledge of major cruise lines and destinations
Skills
- Strong understanding of ocean and river cruise options
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Excellent customer service and upselling abilities
- Previous experience in booking or selling cruises
