They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Operations Project Specialist to support recruiting operations and related projects within a small, high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Support recruiting operations and ensure smooth execution of related processes
- Collaborate with team members to manage and coordinate various projects
- Provide operational support for learning and training initiatives
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and enablement strategies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all assigned tasks
- Work independently to identify and resolve issues with minimal guidance
Skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver results with minimal hand-holding
- Experience in roles such as Learning Operations Specialist, Recruiting Operations Coordinator, Enablement Coordinator, HR Programs Specialist, or Training Operations Specialist is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Prior experience in a recruiting or HR enablement environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce recruiting tools (Workday, TRM, GoodTime, HackerRank)
- Experience with AI-powered learning tools or microlearning platforms
- Trailhead certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
- Experience with video creation tools such as Synthesia
- Background in communications design or change management
