Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for entry-level and intern technical roles
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews, debriefs, and support candidates through the offer process
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruiting systems
- Support high-volume hiring across multiple teams
Skills
- 2–4 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
- Experience with candidate screening and assessment
- Background in high-volume recruiting environments
- Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles
- Exposure to university/early-career hiring (interns and entry-level) as well as industry hiring
- Experience with offer management, candidate engagement, and closing candidates
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
