Marketech International Corporation USA is a leading engineering and technology solutions provider supporting advanced semiconductor manufacturers. They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee semiconductor construction and facility projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple semiconductor construction projects from project kickoff through final turnover
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans
- Coordinate daily activities between engineering, procurement, construction, vendors, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify schedule, cost, or quality risks
- Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client requirements
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and customers
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and project deliverables to ensure successful execution
- Support commissioning activities and project closeout documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within semiconductor, cleanroom, industrial, or high-tech construction
- Experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams and subcontractors
- Knowledge of semiconductor facility infrastructure including process piping, utilities, cleanroom environments, and equipment installation
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
- Experience using project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting aggressive deadlines
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience supporting semiconductor fabrication facility expansion or new construction projects
- Familiarity with commissioning, startup, and owner turnover processes
