Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Greater Share is a philanthropic investment platform that connects private equity funds with high-impact NGOs. The Project Manager/COO will coordinate IT and legal suppliers to help the organization achieve a cyber security certification and manage a live project end to end.
Responsibilities
- Confirm timelines with Spirit UK
- Budget & Contracts Confirm the consulting budget with our CFO, and review antivirus contract terms
- Policy Coordinate policy updates between Spirit UK and Simpson Thacher, and raise open questions with the ED
- Sign off Track signatures through Harriet and follow up as needed
- Installation Coordinate antivirus installation dates with Spirit UK, staff and volunteers
- Communication Keep all stakeholders informed
- In a second phase, help Spirit IT coordinate their diagnostic review and its fixes with internal stakeholders
Skills
- You have at least 5 years of project management experience, ideally in IT, compliance, or a related field
- You're organized, detail oriented, and comfortable tracking several workstreams to a deadline
- You feel confident working with legal and IT advisers
- You have experience coordinating different stakeholders sensitively and diplomatically, from board members to staff and volunteers
- You have native or near native English fluency
- You're comfortable driving a project timeline forward with minimal guidance
- You've supported a compliance certification before
