[Remote] Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BuzzClan is seeking a Program Manager to lead major cross-functional initiatives. The role involves managing project trackers, overseeing schedules, and preparing executive-level presentations while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead major cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholder and vendor timelines
• Maintain and update project trackers, including deployment plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks
• Oversee schedules across stations, vendors, and internal teams
• Prepare executive-level status updates and leadership-ready presentations
• Track action items, decisions, and open issues
• Proactively and independently address risks and close out actions
• Manage meeting logistics, agendas, notes, and follow-ups
• Lead vendor coordination; engage with vendors to ensure meeting agreed upon deliverables and timelines
• Hold internal teams accountable to actions and provide timely feedback, escalating quickly as needed
• Support Project Coordinator

Skills

• 2+ years of previous experience as a Project Manager
• PMP Certification
• Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Project or similar PM software
• Strong organization skills
• Intermediate to Advanced MS PowerPoint skills and the ability to create executive level presentations quickly
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills
• Executive presence
• Willingness to work beyond standard business hours when needed
• Critical and strategic thinking skills
• Courage and the ability to challenge the status quo
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Confidence
• Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, Powerpoint, Sharepoint
• Project coordination or PMO experience
