Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bidease is a fast-growing mobile ad tech company specializing in in-app programmatic advertising. They are seeking an Ad Operations professional to execute, optimize, and scale performance-based advertising campaigns while leveraging data analytics and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Grow and scale client accounts through strategic planning, continuous optimization, and efficient resource allocation
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Customer Success teams, providing actionable insights that drive performance and retention
- Own end-to-end campaign management, from client onboarding to full campaign lifecycle execution, with a focus on maximizing results and customer value
- Leverage data-driven insights, machine learning models, and automation to enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to uncover growth opportunities and refine optimization strategies
- Monitor and mitigate risks related to ad fraud, invalid traffic, and other performance-impacting factors
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, providing structured feedback and strategic input on new features, product improvements, and workflow enhancements
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in performance mobile advertising, programmatic, or ad tech
- Deep knowledge of ad platforms, RTB, MMPs and programmatic trading
- Proven experience managing high-budget ad campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS and revenue growth
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities
