In this role, you will lead the development and management of innovative products, working cross-functionally with various teams to deliver high-impact solutions that meet market needs and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on time
- Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and iterate to improve business outcomes
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies
- Serve as a product evangelist; communicate product vision to stakeholders at all levels
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 4-6 years experience in digital / health tech product management or related roles
- Proven track record in managing full product lifecycle
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools
- MBA
- Nephrology or renal care experience
- Experience with Twilio or enterprise messaging products
