As a Remote Part-Time Provider Relations Recruiter at careerzynith, you will serve as a critical touchpoint for both our members and the legal professionals in our network. Your primary responsibility will involve matching customers with qualified legal providers—attorneys and mediators—who can address their specific legal needs. Beyond direct customer assistance, you will also play a strategic role in expanding and maintaining careerzynith's network of legal provider relationships through research, outreach, and relationship-building activities.
This position involves a balanced mix of inbound and outbound phone communication, email correspondence, and administrative case management. You'll manage a caseload of 25 or more customers simultaneously, ensuring each individual receives personalized attention and timely service. The role is hourly with the added opportunity to earn monthly performance incentives, rewarding excellence in member satisfaction, provider recruitment, and operational quality.
