The consultant is part of the RF-SMART for Oracle Cloud Professional Services team, responsible for planning and implementing the RF-SMART mobile supply chain software while managing multiple projects and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Manage timeline, scope and customer expectations
- Manage project deliverables
- Execute multiple projects at the same time
- Interact with Oracle partners to ensure project plan alignment
- Manage customer requirements, resolve issues and escalate issues when needed
- Lead the following project activities
- Definition of functional and technical specifications
- Unit and integration testing
- Go-live planning and support
- Develop relationships with customers in order to become a trusted Supply Chain advisor
- Interact with RF-SMART Sales team to provide implementation estimates and to help position solutions to customer prospects
Skills
- A Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5+ years consulting experience
- Consulting or working experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to different environments, industries and business challenges
- Adept at building trust and relationships quickly
- Creative, motivated and growth-oriented team player
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project skills
- Ability to travel to client sites up to 60% of the time
- Mobile applications (including Oracle MSCA) experience is a plus
- Mobile device (scanner) experience is a plus
- Technical or Application Development experience is a plus
