Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aledade, Inc. is a public benefit corporation focused on empowering independent primary care. The Operations Specialist will provide day-to-day operational support for the ACO, including preparing materials for meetings, coordinating events, and assisting in report design and compliance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of materials such as board presentations, practice communications, and minutes for ACO board meetings
- Coordination of key events such as ACO retreats, ACO kick-offs, and ACO board meetings for providers and field teams
- Assist in designing and implementing a range of key reports (financial reports, KPIs) using relevant business intelligence and customer relationship management tools
- Monitoring of compliance activities
- Support the Market President / Executive Director and field team on special projects, data requests and other program reporting requirements, as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Healthcare Industry experience is a plus
- Project management process knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment
