Responsibilities • Manage front desk duties remotely, including handling multi-line phone systems and customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy • Oversee calendar management and scheduling for team meetings, appointments, and events using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office • Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and financial record keeping utilizing QuickBooks or similar accounting software • Coordinate office management tasks such as filing, document proofreading, and maintaining organized digital records • Provide exceptional customer support through phone etiquette, email correspondence, and live chat interactions • Support personal assistant functions including task prioritization, travel arrangements, and time management for executives or team leads • Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies inventory, and maintaining office policies Experience • Prior experience in office management or administrative support roles in a remote setting is highly preferred • Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks • Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client and team communications • Experience with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks or similar platforms is advantageous • Proven ability to handle multi-line phone systems and maintain professional phone etiquette Join us as a Remote Office Coordinator where your energy, organization, and dedication will directly contribute to our success!
