The role involves managing project plans, tracking risks, and coordinating communications across stakeholders to ensure projects align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to stakeholders and leadership
- Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and 3rd party vendors to ensure smooth execution
- Facilitate risk identification and mitigation planning
- Lead or support change management efforts and ensure alignment across impacted teams
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards
Skills
- Experience in leading and supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of technology and business initiatives
- Ability to work closely with internal teams and external vendors
- Experience in managing project plans, developing status updates, tracking risks and issues, and coordinating communications across stakeholders
