They are seeking a Naval Program Manager to lead and manage large government programs, focusing on innovation and strategic impact on national security.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large government programs ($60M+), with a strong focus on Naval programs
- Serve as the forward-facing program lead, building strong relationships with senior government stakeholders
- Apply expertise in Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) to mitigate risks across hardware, materials, and software
- Review and resolve Navy HM&E DMSMS issues
- Facilitate DMSMS working groups and serve as a subject matter leader
- Develop issue resolution plans, cost estimates, and mitigation strategies that ensure mission success
- Drive innovative solutions and milestones while leading cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives
Skills
- Active DOD Secret or Interim Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or STEM discipline
- 16+ years of progressive program management experience, overseeing complex government programs ($60M+)
- 5+ years of logistics experience with a focus on DMSMS
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills
- Ability to innovate and implement effective solutions in high-visibility environments
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or STEM discipline
- PMP certification
- Top Secret clearance
