They are seeking a highly experienced National Account Manager to oversee a nationwide security program, ensuring operational excellence, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations and long-term strategy for a national security program, ensuring operational consistency, compliance, and service excellence across all locations
- Serve as the primary executive point of contact for the client, managing performance reporting, escalations, strategic initiatives, and overall relationship management
- Develop and implement operating strategies that align staffing, operational performance, service delivery, and financial objectives with client expectations
- Oversee workforce planning, staffing compliance, training standards, and performance management to ensure operational readiness and contract adherence
- Drive continuous improvement through operational audits, reporting, analytics, and implementation of best practices to improve efficiency and mitigate risk
- Maintain accountability for financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and margin optimization
- Partner closely with operations leadership, and client stakeholders to ensure consistent execution and high-quality service delivery
- Ensure all operational procedures, compliance standards, and contractual obligations are consistently met across all assigned locations
Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Security Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing large-scale, multi-site security, or operations programs for enterprise clients
- Proven ability to oversee workforce deployment, compliance, operational performance, and service delivery across geographically dispersed locations
- Strong understanding of security operations, workforce management, and operational reporting
- Experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, and operational financial performance
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving field operations, client stakeholders, and operational leadership teams
- Excellent executive-level communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills
- Must be willing and able to travel nationally on a frequent basis
- Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county, and municipal requirements
