The Marketing Operations Manager will oversee the operational execution of marketing activities, including content management, event coordination, and performance reporting to ensure the marketing engine runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage the content production workflow to maintain a consistent cadence of LinkedIn posts, blogs, videos, and other content
- Own the content calendar across LinkedIn (founder voice + brand account), email, and emerging channels — scheduling, posting, and performance tracking
- Manage website publishing — posting content to the CMS, maintaining page accuracy, and coordinating updates with design
- Own lead capture workflows — form configuration, UTM tracking, and contact enrichment — ensuring every inbound inquiry is properly tagged and handed off to sales
- Coordinate AIC's presence at third-party industry events and tradeshows end-to-end: evaluation, sponsorship management, logistics, pre-event outreach, and post-event follow-up
- Coordinate all sponsor deliverables: booth logistics, signage, swag, speaker briefs, and deadline management with event organizers
- Track event ROI: conversations initiated, pipeline influenced, and follow-up conversion
- Own logistics and production for AIC-hosted events: webinars, roundtables, and thought leadership sessions
- Manage platform setup, registration pages, calendar invitations, reminder sequences, and post-event recordings and distribution
- Coordinate speaker preparation — briefing decks, run-of-show documents, and technical rehearsals
- Build and manage registration-to-attendee nurture workflows so every event produces a usable, segmented list for follow-up
- Track attendance, engagement, and follow-up conversion metrics
- Produce a weekly performance snapshot and monthly marketing report including channel performance, outbound metrics, content engagement, event results, list growth
- Translate activity data into decisions: what to scale, what to kill, what to test next
- Contribute to attribution reporting so pipeline contribution from marketing is visible and credible
- Manage outbound sequences to AIC ICP accounts
- Own list hygiene, ICP segmentation, contact enrichment, and suppression management
- Monitor reply rates and iterate on sequence copy based on performance
- Keep the outbound system clean and running
- Build and maintain the reporting dashboard — weekly and monthly decision-ready performance summaries
- Set up and manage lead capture and routing workflows so inbound inquiries are captured, enriched, and handed off without manual intervention
Skills
- 3–6 years in a B2B marketing role with demonstrated ownership of content operations, outbound, or demand generation
- Experience managing LinkedIn content operations for a B2B brand, including scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking
- Demonstrated ability to manage event logistics end-to-end — from sponsor coordination to post-event follow-up — without dropping details
- Experience managing webinar or virtual event programs, including platform setup, registration workflows, and post-event nurture
- Self-directed and organized: can run a content calendar, an outbound sequence, a reporting cadence, and an event calendar simultaneously
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving early-stage environment
- Strong writing and editing instincts — able to tighten a rough draft into a LinkedIn post
- Fluency in marketing tech: CRM, marketing automation, and attribution tracking
- Experience in enterprise AI, SaaS, digital transformation, or IT infrastructure markets, and familiarity with how enterprise buyers think and what they respond to
- Exposure to SEO or GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and understanding how content builds search and AI-citation authority over time
- Fluent in AI-assisted operations workflows — uses AI tools actively to automate repeatable tasks, optimize publishing cadence, and surface performance insights faster than manual reporting allows
