They are seeking a driven Life Sciences Recruiter who will build relationships with hiring managers, source and qualify candidates, and manage the full recruitment cycle in a high-growth industry.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by building relationships with hiring managers across the Life Sciences industry
- Leverage existing industry connections and create new partnerships to generate search opportunities
- Source, interview, and qualify candidates for client openings
- Consistently make outbound calls, emails, and outreach to both prospects and candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: from business development and intake calls to offer negotiation and placement
- Meet and exceed weekly business development and recruiting activity targets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of both clients and candidates
