Beech Valley Solutions is seeking an experienced International Tax Consultant to support a growing portfolio of inbound clients primarily from Europe entering or expanding within the United States. This role involves advising on U.S. tax implications for foreign-owned entities and working on complex structuring and advisory projects.
Responsibilities
- Advise on U.S. tax implications for foreign-owned entities operating or expanding in the U.S
- Support initial U.S. entity structuring and market entry strategies
- Assist with restructuring initiatives for multinational organizations
- Perform withholding tax analysis and related compliance considerations
- Analyze permanent establishment (PE) exposure and related risks
- Conduct trust and entity classification analysis for cross-border structures
- Prepare clear, well-supported technical tax memoranda
- Participate in client calls and internal discussions, providing practical, actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams while also managing workstreams independently
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, MST, or JD/LL.M. (Tax) preferred
- 3+ years of international tax experience, ideally with inbound U.S. taxation exposure
- Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax concepts, including entity structuring, PE, and withholding
- Proven ability to draft technical memoranda and communicate complex issues clearly
- Experience working with foreign-owned U.S. businesses or multinational clients
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a project-based environment
- Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with both clients and internal stakeholders
- CPA, MST, or JD/LL.M. (Tax)
