They are seeking an Insurance Product Manager to develop and manage insurance products, shape product strategy, and drive product performance.
Responsibilities
- Own the insurance product lifecycle, including product strategy, development, implementation, and ongoing performance management
- Partner with underwriting, claims, technology, finance, and distribution teams to deliver product enhancements, improve profitability, and execute strategic initiatives
- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory requirements, and portfolio performance to identify opportunities for product improvements and business growth
Skills
- Five or more years of insurance product management or related experience within the property & casualty insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, policy forms, underwriting, pricing, and product development
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive business results
- Experience with Excess & Surplus lines
- Advanced degree
