Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR partner and member of the Leadership Team for assigned Management Unit(s) or Global Corporate Function(s)
- Collaborate with leadership to develop business strategies by leveraging HR expertise and talent insights
- Provide strategic guidance on:
- Strategic Workforce Planning
- Strategic Talent Management
- Organizational Design and Development
- Change Management
- Lead and support change management initiatives by engaging employees and encouraging adoption of organizational changes
- Propose and drive Management Unit or Global Corporate Function-specific strategic HR projects and initiatives
- Partner with the Head of Global HRBPs, senior business leaders, and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to shape and implement People Philosophy priorities
- Define and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives to support business growth and long-term success
- Prioritize and coordinate HR actions that address business priorities while leveraging enterprise and business unit solutions
- Partner with HR COEs to deliver solutions related to organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, and change management
- Provide operational support for global HR processes across assigned Management Unit(s), Global Corporate Functions, and Markets in coordination with the Head of Global HRBPs
