Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Diconium is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Systems Analyst to join their team on a 6-month contract. This role focuses on optimizing HR systems and processes, ensuring data integrity, and supporting system upgrades and user issues.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors and ADP Workforce Solutions
- Perform system audits to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security
- Analyze existing HR workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
- Create, maintain, and analyze standard and ad-hoc reports for HR Business Partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related issues and user support
- Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of patches and new modules
- Ensure proper integration and functionality with third-party systems (e.g., payroll, benefits vendors)
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience working with HRIS platforms
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with platforms like ADP Workforce Now or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
- Location: East Coast (preferred)
