Role Overview

We are seeking a Remote Vacation Rental/Airbnb Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. This full‑time (40 hours/week) position is 100 % remote, offering flexible work‑from‑anywhere opportunities while maintaining a structured schedule (10:00 am – 6:00 pm PDT, Monday‑Friday). You will be the primary point of contact for guests, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of careerzynith.
