Responsibilities
- Create exceptional visual assets across every touchpoint
- From paid and organic social content to product visuals, brand assets, and presentation decks, create work that's effective, visually compelling, and delivered fast
- Own the quality of every deliverable from brief to final output
- Master your craft and raise the bar
- Develop deep expertise in your primary discipline: motion, graphic design, illustration, or others
- Build skills across adjacent ones to increase the range of work you can own
- Stay ahead of what is possible, with AI
- Use AI tools to push your creative output further and faster—from generating concepts and exploring visual directions quickly, to accelerating production workflows
- Stay ahead of what's possible and apply new techniques where they matter
- Deliver at pace, without sacrificing quality
- Handle a high volume of work across multiple projects and priorities without dropping below excellent
