The First Legal Coordinator is responsible for client relationship management, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and supporting sales initiatives to drive account growth.
Responsibilities

- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships that drive loyalty, retention, and revenue growth
- Meet or exceed established sales and account development goals through proactive client engagement and identification of new business opportunities
- Anticipate client needs and resolve concerns quickly and professionally through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Partner closely with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of services and exceptional client outcomes
- Deliver a platinum-level customer experience by continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, and client satisfaction
- Provide timely, accurate updates on order status and proactively manage client expectations through completion of all requests
- Conduct professional presentations, training sessions, and service reviews in person, by telephone, or through virtual platforms
- Maintain accurate client, account, and activity records within the Customer Relationship Management system
- Prepare, organize, and maintain all required reports, records, and documentation in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, company services, and best practices to serve as a knowledgeable resource for clients and colleagues
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments to support collaboration, operational excellence, and superior client service
- Safeguard confidential client and company information while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Represent First Legal with professionalism and excellence, reinforcing the company’s reputation for responsiveness, reliability, and outstanding client service
Skills
- High school diploma required
- Strong and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Acute attention to detail in all aspects of work and ability to follow up with clients
- Ability to provide platinum level customer service experience and effectively maintain and grow client relationships
- Ability to effectively utilize Conflict Resolution skills and follow internal escalation protocols to address client issues and concerns
- Entrepreneurial minded with high level of critical thinking experience and ability to independently look for a better way of doing things
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Champion for exceptional customer service in providing business solutions to anticipate and meet client base needs
- A commitment to excellence and to making a difference with an ability to multi-task various high priority action items
- Exceptional multitasking skills for handling simultaneous requests and large email volumes
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in filings, client requests, and interdepartmental communications
- Strong communication abilities both in written emails and phone conversations with clients and colleagues
- Resilience under pressure when dealing with urgent client needs, adversarial situations, and complex interdepartmental coordination
- Proactive problem-solving to quickly address issues and maintain workflow continuity
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
- 2 years' experience in a fast-paced legal or professional environment
