Creative Circle is an agency seeking an experienced Finance Systems Implementation Project Manager to lead a migration from Sage 200 to Sage Intacct. The Project Manager will collaborate with various teams to manage the project from planning through go-live, ensuring successful data migration, testing, and user adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Sage Intacct implementation from kickoff through stabilization
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate requirements gathering, testing, data migration, and user adoption activities
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Account Services, and Technology teams to align business processes and system requirements
- Manage implementation partners, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Support integration planning between Sage Intacct, ClickUp, and other business systems
- Provide regular project updates to leadership and drive issue resolution
Skills
- ERP or financial system implementation leadership experience
- Agency, marketing, creative, or professional services industry experience
- Experience integrating financial systems with project management or workflow platforms
- Strong understanding of project accounting, budgeting, job costing, utilization, and profitability reporting
- Experience managing vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Candidate must be able to utilize a personal laptop for this role
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need of employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa such as a H-1B, TN, or O visa
- Must be physically located in and perform the work for our client in the United States
- Sage Intacct implementation experience is a plus
- Sage 200, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP or financial system migration experience is a plus
