- Shareholder Communication Support: Respond to emails and chat messages related to shareholder communications, ensuring timely and professional replies.
- Information Verification & Correction: Listen carefully to callers, identify any misinformation they have received, and correct it with factual, regulatory‑compliant guidance.
- Voting Guidance: Direct shareholders to the appropriate voting platforms, explain how to cast votes correctly, and provide step‑by‑step instructions when needed.

- Shift Coverage: Provide reliable coverage for the evening shift schedule—Monday through Thursday (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM Eastern) and Saturday (12:00 PM – 6:00 AM Eastern).
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or data‑entry experience, preferably in a financial or regulated environment.
