Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Development & Strategy
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify product gaps, seasonal trends, and emerging categories within the Guatemalan e‑commerce landscape.
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies that attract high‑potential sellers to the careerzynith platform, focusing on both established brands and emerging local artisans.

Seller Acquisition & Onboarding

Data Management & Quality Assurance
- Enter, validate, and maintain high‑volume product data (titles, descriptions, images, specifications) with meticulous attention to accuracy and consistency.

- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—product, engineering, and compliance—to streamline data workflows and improve platform reliability.
Performance Monitoring & Stakeholder Collaboration

Essential Qualifications
