The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and grow strategic enterprise accounts across the Americas. This role owns the full sales cycle, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Develop and execute territory and account plans
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, events, partnerships, and marketing programs
- Build relationships with executive-level decision makers and key stakeholders
- Lead complex sales cycles and deliver business-focused value propositions
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management within CRM systems
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements
- Leverage partner and channel relationships to accelerate growth
- Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events
Skills
- 5+ years of enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or technology sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience selling into large enterprise organizations with complex buying processes
- Demonstrated success generating new business and self-sourced pipeline
- Experience closing high-value software transactions
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms
- Experience selling cybersecurity or enterprise technology solutions
- Knowledge of ERP, governance, risk, compliance, or security environments
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC, MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar sales methodologies
- Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, or strategic alliances
- Background in a high-growth SaaS organization
