Ruhrpumpen is seeking a Documentation Control Analyst to coordinate and ensure the proper performance of the Documentation Control area based on global standards and the company's objectives. The role involves managing files and documents, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain files and documents in a timely manner, in accordance with project specifications; these tasks require punctuality, involve multiple steps, and span various projects
- Ensure the timely delivery of drawings and documents
- Review and edit received documents and prepare them for distribution
- Formatting tasks may include correcting templates, fonts, styles, pagination, and numbering, among other activities required to meet documentation standards
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and agreement terms
- Inform staff about updated document versions and the procedures for accessing them
- Make copies, scan, and store documents
- File documents in physical and digital records
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (Administration)
- Strong organizational and control skills
- Basic English proficiency (for client specifications)
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Experience in document control (metalworking, technology, or pump industries preferred)
