Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Data Reconciliation Analyst to join our client to support a time sensitive financial data initiative through detailed validation and reporting activities. This role focuses on comparing system generated data with historical records to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports.
Responsibilities
- Perform structured comparisons between system generated reports and prior manual outputs to confirm accuracy and completeness
- Analyze financial and actuarial data sets in Excel to identify discrepancies and validate calculations
- Extract and organize data from TM1 and other tools to support side by side reconciliation efforts
- Document validation outcomes and maintain clear records that support reporting processes and future reference
- Communicate findings and escalate data issues to stakeholders while participating in regular team discussions
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data organization, and formatting techniques
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to review data and identify inconsistencies with accuracy
- Ability to manage repetitive validation work while maintaining attention to detail and consistency
- Effective communication skills with the ability to document processes and collaborate with team members
- Experience working with financial, actuarial, or similar data sets
