Key Responsibilities
- Extract, cleanse, and transform data from Salesforce and other enterprise systems into standardized Excel formats.
- Convert contract and pricing update information captured by the Revenue Realization team into the precise data structures required for system entry.
- Design, maintain, and continuously improve Excel‑based reporting templates, ensuring they are user‑friendly, error‑free, and aligned with business needs.
- Develop and execute data‑validation procedures to guarantee the highest level of accuracy before data is uploaded to internal platforms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Finance, Sales Operations, and IT—to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely, high‑quality outputs.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and recommend enhancements to streamline data collection, preparation, and entry workflows.
- Provide ad‑hoc analytical support, such as creating pivot tables, charts, and dashboards that visualize key performance indicators for stakeholders.
