About the Role: Remote Customer Support Representative

- Be the Voice of careerzynith: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, serving as the first point of contact for members seeking assistance with their health insurance needs.
- Deliver Accurate Information: Provide clear, thorough, and accurate explanations regarding products, services, plan coverage, claims, policies, and procedures in a way that is easy for members to understand.
- Resolve Customer Concerns: Address and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring that each member feels heard, valued, and satisfied with the outcome.

Essential Qualifications
