Role Overview – Remote Customer Service & Retention Sales Representative

In this remote position, you will serve as a Retention Specialist for careerzynith, focusing on customers who are considering canceling their services. Your primary objective is to transform potential churn into long‑term loyalty by expertly diagnosing concerns, presenting tailored solutions, and delivering an award‑winning experience that reinforces the value of careerzynith’s protection ecosystem.
